Mail Sender Blocker, gives administrators the ability to prevent
users from sending mail that they don't want them to send.
Administrators can chose just to warn them, or ask them if the want to continu
send it.
Whenever the Lotus Notes Cient send email , the
Mail Sender Blocker, check if it's blocked by the administrator and
if so - it will prevent that email to be send (or just warn/ask them).
Administrators configure Mail Sender Blocker by providing a Lotus Notes
Formula which evaluated to each request to send mail.
That formula is configured in the
Mail Sender Blocker configuration database application.
Some cases that may be needed to prevent users from open email whould be :
- Recipient that should not be recieve mails ( destination domain, some domino
groups etc...)
In such case, administrators configure to check the To,CC
and B CC fields of any request to send mail.
- Determine which users can send mail to a particular group
In such case, administrators limit the sending to a particular group only by some users

Attchments that should not be sent.
In such case, administrators configure to check
attachment's names of any request to send mail. -
Recipients in the To field are more the 10 (or any number)
In such case, administrators configure to check the
number of recipients of any request to send mail. -
